Requires healthcare providers (physicians, pharmacists, advanced practice registered nurses, and other licensees) to offer patients a prescription for an opioid overdose drug (such as naloxone) when prescribing opioids under certain conditions

Triggering conditions for the overdose drug offer include: opioid prescriptions exceeding a three-day supply, daily dosages of 50 morphine milligram equivalents or more, concurrent benzodiazepine prescriptions, or patient history of overdose or substance use disorder

Amends multiple sections of Alaska statute (AS 08.36.355, AS 08.64.363, AS 08.68.705, and AS 08.72.276) to apply the requirement across different categories of prescribing professionals
