Campaign contribution restrictions during legislative sessions would apply to Anchorage rather than the capital city, including prohibitions on soliciting contributions within 90 days of elections

Lobbyist registration forms would require temporary addresses at "the location of the session" rather than the state capital, and lobbyist directories would be made available adjacent to legislative chambers in Anchorage

Annual student guest programs would host high school students in Anchorage instead of Juneau to observe the legislative process

Repeals existing statutes AS 44.06.050, 44.06.055, and 44.06.060, which relate to relocation of state government functions
