Adds sexual orientation and gender identity or expression as protected classes under Alaska's anti-discrimination laws (AS 18.80.300)

Defines "gender identity or expression" as having or being perceived as having a gender, self-image, appearance, or behavior different from that traditionally associated with one's sex assigned at birth

Defines "sexual orientation" as actual or perceived inherent attraction to a sexual partner of a certain gender, or the absence of gender preference

Expands the definition of "sex" in anti-discrimination statutes to include sexual orientation and gender identity or expression
