Amends AS 41.23.286 to modify the legal boundary descriptions of the Jonesville Public Use Area in Alaska

Removes a specific land parcel from the public use area: the north 960 feet of the east 1,815 feet of the NW1/4 of Section 15, Township 19 North, Range 3 East, Seward Meridian (referenced as Record of Survey 86-85RS P.R.D.)

Retains all other existing boundary descriptions for the Jonesville Public Use Area, which spans portions of Townships 19 and 20 North, Ranges 2 and 3 East, Seward Meridian

Takes effect immediately upon passage under AS 01.10.070(c)
