Requires school districts that allow one professional employee organization to use school facilities, communication systems, or mailboxes to grant equal access to all such organizations upon request

Requires school districts that allow one professional employee organization to participate in new or existing employee orientations to give all such organizations equal opportunity to participate

Prohibits school districts from using the name or acronym of any professional employee organization to identify special days, holidays, or school breaks on district calendars

Prohibits school districts from granting exclusive access to school facilities or communication systems to any single professional employee organization

Effective date: July 1, 2026
