Requires health care providers who prescribe, dispense, or administer abortion-inducing drugs to conduct an in-person physical examination before providing the medication

Mandates a follow-up appointment within 14 days after the abortion to confirm pregnancy termination and assess continued blood loss

Maintains existing prohibition on physicians and physician assistants prescribing drugs via internet questionnaire or email to patients without a prior physician-patient relationship
