Board of Fisheries and Board of Game members with personal or financial interests in fish or game businesses may continue to deliberate and participate in related matters after disclosing the conflict

Members are only prohibited from voting (not deliberating or participating) if the supervisor or majority of board members determine continued involvement would violate ethics statutes

Creates an exception to existing ethics rules that require conflicted board members to fully recuse from voting, deliberating, and participating in matters affecting their interests

Applies to conflicts arising from the member's or an immediate family member's involvement in businesses or organizations related to fish or game resources

Takes effect immediately upon passage
