Amends AS 15.13.112 to explicitly authorize candidates and political groups to use campaign contributions for security-related expenses protecting candidates, group members, campaign staff, and their family members

Defines "security-related expense" to include hiring security personnel, threat monitoring and detection services, security devices and equipment, and data/cybersecurity protection

Permits campaign funds to cover security services and equipment installation at a candidate's personal residence when necessary for protection of the candidate and household members

Takes effect immediately upon passage under AS 01.10.070(c)
