Establishes a comprehensive scope of practice for occupational therapists in Alaska statute (AS 08.84.095), authorizing them to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with limitations affecting daily living, work, play, and leisure activities

Allows occupational therapists to initiate and provide therapy without a referral from another healthcare provider

Authorizes specific services including pain treatment, swallowing/feeding management, designing assistive technology and orthotic devices, wound care, manual therapy, and applying thermal, mechanical, or electrophysical treatment modalities

Permits occupational therapy assistants to administer therapy under supervision of a licensed occupational therapist, including conducting delegated assessments and preparing reports

Updates statutory definitions to remove the "for compensation" requirement from the definition of occupational therapy and adds a definition of "test and measurement" that includes imaging and electrodiagnostic techniques
