Reserves exclusive authority to regulate pesticides to the State of Alaska, preempting all local government regulation

Prohibits municipalities from enacting or enforcing ordinances regulating pesticide sale, use, registration, notification, advertising, marketing, distribution, storage, transportation, or disposal

Bars local governments from regulating pesticide applicator training and certification, confidential information disclosure, or competition in the pesticide market

Applies to both home rule and general law municipalities throughout Alaska

Takes effect immediately upon passage
