HB 361 - Sport Fishing Guide License Protections

• Professional fishing guide licenses issued by the Department of Natural Resources may only be revoked for cause, with required notice of the reason and an opportunity for a hearing
• License revocation hearings must be conducted by the Office of Administrative Hearings, with the hearing officer's decision serving as a final administrative order
• Final administrative orders are subject to judicial review under existing Alaska statutes (AS 44.62.560 and 44.62.570)
• Commissioner retains authority to suspend all fishing guide licenses or permits as a category, distinct from individual revocations
• Adds the Department of Natural Resources to the list of agencies subject to administrative hearing procedures for professional fishing guide license revocations
