Removes the requirement that patriotic organizations must have reciprocity agreements with each other before their members can purchase alcoholic beverages at another licensed patriotic organization's club

Authorizes patriotic organizations holding nonprofit organization event permits to sell or dispense distilled spirits and other alcoholic beverages at their events, not just beer and wine like other nonprofits

Defines "patriotic organization" in statute to include the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and American Veterans organizations

Requires all profits from alcohol sales at patriotic organization events to be paid to the organization, not to individuals

Takes effect immediately upon passage
