Adds a new duty for the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development to cooperate with the federal government in participating in the federal tax credit program under 26 U.S.C. 25F for qualified contributions to scholarship granting organizations

Requires the department to identify scholarship granting organizations within Alaska in accordance with federal requirements under 26 U.S.C. 25F(g)

Amends AS 44.33.020(a) by adding paragraph (45) to the existing list of department duties
