Requires the Board of Fisheries to hold at least one meeting or hearing annually in a community of fewer than 7,000 persons located off the interconnected state road system

Mandates at least one annual meeting or hearing in each of five geographic areas: Upper Yukon-Kuskokwim-Arctic, Western Alaska, Southcentral, Prince William Sound (including Kodiak), and Southeast (including Yakutat)

Moves Kodiak from the Western Alaska regional grouping to the Prince William Sound grouping, and moves Yakutat from Prince William Sound to the Southeast grouping

Effective date of January 1, 2027
