Groups supporting or opposing candidates or ballot propositions must maintain a physical address in Alaska or register an in-state agent with the Alaska Public Offices Commission

Candidates must disclose "bundled contributions" exceeding $10,000 in aggregate per election cycle, including the name, address, and employer of persons who coordinated or aggregated the contributions

Contributions to groups or nongroup entities that make only independent expenditures are limited to $3,000 per year from any individual, group, or nongroup entity

Groups receiving majority funding from non-residents or out-of-state entities must register as "majority-nonresident-funded entities" and disclose contributions over $500 within 24 hours; their communications must include a disclaimer stating funding came from outside Alaska

Independent expenditures over $250 made within nine days of an election must be reported within 24 hours, and contributions over $1,000 intended for independent expenditures must also be reported within 24 hours
