Defines "seasonal seafood processing worker" as an employee hired for a specific period related to peak business need, not exceeding six months per calendar year

Covered work includes heading, gutting, separating, filleting, canning, or other activities to prepare seafood for market

Amends AS 23.10.069 by adding a new subsection (d) creating this exemption
