Requires Alaska's general election ballot to include a provision for write-in candidates for President and Vice-President of the United States

Establishes specific rules for counting write-in votes for President and Vice-President: votes count if the oval is filled in and either the full names as they appear on the write-in declaration, the last names of both candidates, or just the presidential candidate's name/last name is written

Requires write-in presidential candidates to file a letter with the director certifying information required under AS 15.30.026(b), which pertains to independent candidate qualification requirements

Amends AS 15.15.030 (ballot preparation) and AS 15.15.360 (vote counting rules) to explicitly address presidential write-in procedures parallel to existing governor/lieutenant governor write-in provisions
