Attorney General must notify the revisor of statutes when federal law changes to permit year-round daylight saving time

Implementation would occur on the first Sunday in November following federal authorization, unless that authorization happens between October 1 and the first Sunday in November, in which case implementation delays to the following year's first Sunday in November
