Creates a ballot curing process allowing voters whose ballots are rejected for missing signatures or insufficient identification to correct deficiencies within 14 days after election day through electronic or mail notification

Requires five rural community liaisons to facilitate voting access in rural areas, mandates language assistance at polling places per federal law, and establishes cybersecurity requirements for voter registration systems
