Imposes $1,000,000 civil penalty per instance on organizations whose AI systems are used to create generated child sexual abuse material

Establishes the "Alaska Social Media Regulation Act" (effective January 1, 2027) requiring platforms to verify user ages, obtain parental consent for minors under 18, prohibit targeted advertising and algorithmic content curation for minors, ban addictive design features, and enforce a default 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. curfew for minor users
