Increases the mandatory procurement preference for Alaska-harvested agricultural and fisheries products from 7% to 10% for municipalities receiving state money, the state, and school districts receiving state money

Raises the maximum allowable procurement preference from 15% to 25% for in-state agricultural and fisheries products of comparable quality

Applies to agricultural products harvested in Alaska and fisheries products harvested or processed within state jurisdiction

Effective date: July 1, 2025
