Restricts agencies from releasing criminal justice records for convictions involving possession of less than one ounce of a Schedule VIA controlled substance (marijuana) under AS 11.71.060 or similar municipal ordinances

Applies only to individuals who were 21 years of age or older at the time of the offense and had no other criminal charges in that case

Initially requires the individual to request that the agency not release the records; this request requirement is repealed on January 1, 2028, making the restriction automatic after that date
