Charter schools must receive a proportional share of any additional funding (grants or appropriations) that local school districts receive beyond standard state aid under AS 14.17

School districts must establish written procedures allowing children with disabilities who have a medical diagnosis and prescription from a qualified health care professional to access medically necessary services at school

"Qualified health care professional" is defined as a health care provider licensed in Alaska or board certified

The charter school funding provision applies to contracts entered into or renewed on or after the effective date of the Act
