Establishes the Joint Legislative Task Force on Artificial Intelligence with 7 members: 3 senators appointed by the senate president and 4 representatives appointed by the speaker

Task force responsibilities include creating common AI definitions, evaluating AI applications in state government, assessing economic opportunities from data centers and tech hubs, and investigating ethical/privacy concerns

Must explore workforce training needs for AI-related employment and recommend policies for responsible AI use both inside and outside state government

Final report with findings and recommendations due by January 31, 2026; task force expires February 2, 2026

Meetings to be held at the chair's call, primarily conducted virtually or through electronic means
