Amends Rule 23(f) of the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature to modernize record-keeping terminology for legislative committees

Transfers responsibility for receiving end-of-session committee records from the Legislative Reference Library to the Legislative Affairs Agency

Updates format requirements from physical to digital: replaces "binder" with "electronic record," "tapes" with "electronic recordings," and "file" with "electronic record"

Requires committees to deliver indexed minutes, meeting recordings with logs, and bill-related materials (written testimony, position papers, bill drafts, letters of intent) at the end of each two-year legislature

Takes effect January 20, 2026
