Amends Article I, Section 1 of the Alaska Constitution to specify that inherent rights (life, liberty, pursuit of happiness, equal protection) belong to "natural persons" only, not corporations or other artificial entities

Creates new Section 26 declaring that constitutional rights and privileges apply exclusively to natural persons; corporations, LLCs, and other artificial persons may exercise only powers prescribed by law

Prohibits corporations, LLCs, and other artificial entities from making contributions or expenditures to influence state or local elections, with an exception for groups organized principally to influence elections

Requires the legislature to enact sanctions and dissolution procedures for entities violating the election contribution ban during the first regular session following January 1, 2027

Places the proposed constitutional amendments before voters at the next general election for ratification
