Rescinds and nullifies all previous requests by the Alaska State Legislature petitioning Congress to call a constitutional convention under Article V of the U.S. Constitution

Applies to all prior resolutions and enactments passed by either house of the legislature requesting such a convention to propose amendments on specific subjects

Requests publication of the resolution in the Congressional Record and inclusion in the official tally of state legislative applications for a constitutional convention

Directs copies be sent to the Secretary of the U.S. Senate, Clerk of the U.S. House, and Alaska's congressional delegation (Senators Murkowski and Sullivan, Representative Begich)
