Allows tribal compact schools to receive state funding as if they were regional educational attendance areas and qualify as local educational agencies for federal education aid

Requires participating tribes to report student enrollment and school performance data annually, with the Department of Education required to submit a comprehensive report to the legislature by January 31, 2033

Includes a sunset clause repealing the compact provisions on July 1, 2036, with legislative intent to reevaluate the program after seven years
