Increases contribution limits for governor/lieutenant governor joint campaigns from $1,000 to $4,000 per election cycle for individuals, and from $2,000 to $8,000 per election cycle for groups

Exempts contributions to groups or nongroup entities that make only independent expenditures from the standard contribution limits

Directs the Alaska Public Offices Commission to adjust contribution limits every 10 years starting in 2031, based on Consumer Price Index changes for urban Alaska, rounded to the nearest $50
