Expands the definition of "seafood" under Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI) statutes to include mariculture products (aquatic farm products), which were previously explicitly excluded

Adds "or harvest" to ASMI's quality handling recommendations, covering seafood from the moment of capture or harvest through final distribution

Requires ASMI to promote all species of seafood and by-products harvested in Alaska and processed for sale, including conducting education, research, advertising, and sales promotion programs

Maintains existing ASMI duties including developing quality specifications, preparing market research plans, submitting annual reports to the governor, and utilizing inspection and premium quality seals in marketing efforts
