Mandates at least 2 hours of continuing education in pain management and opioid use and addiction every two years for license renewal, with exemptions available for pharmacists whose practice does not involve opioids

Adds pain management and opioid education requirements for out-of-state pharmacists seeking Alaska licensure through reciprocity

Explicitly excludes abortion-inducing drugs from the definition of "patient care services" that pharmacists may provide; effective date January 1, 2026
