Persons aged 18-20 may now sell, serve, deliver, or dispense alcoholic beverages while employed at breweries, wineries, distilleries, hotels, resorts, golf courses, wholesalers, restaurants, and similar establishments, except at businesses offering adult entertainment

Theater license holders may sell alcohol from two hours before an event until one hour after (expanded from one hour before and during intermissions only)

Licensed patriotic organizations may enter reciprocity agreements allowing members of partner organizations to purchase alcoholic beverages at each other's premises, with agreements requiring majority approval at general meetings

Required warning signs must now read "Alcohol use during pregnancy can cause birth defects. Alcohol use can cause cancer, including breast and colon cancers" (simplified from previous language listing specific beverage types)

Minors under 16 may be present on theater licensed premises if accompanied by someone 21 or older and with parental consent; those 16 and older may be present without accompaniment
