Municipal service area boards established under AS 29.35.450 - 29.35.490 would be fully exempt from Alaska's Open Meetings Act requirements

Current law only exempts these boards when meeting solely on administrative or managerial matters; the bill removes this limitation

Amends AS 44.62.310(d) to add municipal service area boards to the list of entities exempt from open meeting requirements

Takes effect immediately upon passage
