Adds family planning services and supplies to Alaska's list of optional Medicaid services for non-pregnant individuals of child-bearing age with household income at or below 225% of the federal poverty line

Requires the Department of Health to amend and submit the state Medicaid plan to the federal government for approval to implement the expanded coverage

Takes effect January 1, 2026, contingent on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services approving the state plan amendments or determining approval is unnecessary

Commissioner of Health must notify the revisor of statutes within 30 days of receiving federal approval or determination
