Expands the offense of "hindering the Legislative Budget and Audit Committee" to include intentionally failing to provide information in the specific form or format requested by the legislative auditor or fiscal analyst

Grants the Legislative Budget and Audit Committee explicit authority to require state officials and agencies to assemble, generate, or furnish information in the form or format requested by the committee or its staff

Authorizes the legislative audit division to require state officials and employees to assemble, generate, or furnish information in the specific form or format requested by the division

Makes violation of cooperation requirements by state employees grounds for dismissal or other disciplinary action

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
