Exempts seasonal workers from paid sick leave requirements, defining seasonal workers as those hired for peak business needs for no more than six months per calendar year

Adds requirement that employees must provide notice before the beginning of the workday when using foreseeable paid sick leave

Takes effect July 1, 2025
