Establishes a permanent endorsement system where naturopaths can prescribe drugs independently after receiving a favorable recommendation from their supervising physician

Requires 30 hours of continuing education for license renewal, plus an additional 20 hours of pharmacotherapy education for naturopaths holding prescription endorsements

Maintains restrictions prohibiting naturopaths from prescribing controlled substances, poisons, cancer chemotherapy drugs, or antipsychotic drugs, even with an endorsement

Creates criminal penalties for practicing naturopathy without a valid license (class A misdemeanor, up to $1,000 fine and/or 1 year imprisonment) or prescribing drugs without a valid endorsement
