Establishes automatic enrollment in advanced mathematics tracks for students in grades 6-12 who score at or above proficient, with parents able to opt out or appeal placement denials

Directs the Department of Education to create a competency-based credential for K-8 math teachers and provide districts with approved lists of instructional materials and assessment tools
