Adds devices designed to convert handguns into fully automatic firearms (such as "Glock switches" or auto sears) to Alaska's definition of "prohibited weapon" under AS 11.61.200(h)(1)

Existing prohibited weapons under current law include: explosive/incendiary devices, bombs, grenades, silencers, fully automatic firearms, short-barreled rifles (under 16 inches), short-barreled shotguns (under 18 inches), and modified firearms under 26 inches overall length

Applies only to offenses committed on or after the effective date of the Act (not retroactive)
