Increases occupational disability benefits for court services officers, peace officers, and firefighters from 40% to 75% of gross monthly compensation after the first 12 months of eligibility

Applies to employees terminated due to disability who held these positions at the time of termination

Defines "court services officer" as an officer assigned to a court by the commissioner of public safety to serve warrants, provide court security and judicial protection, and transport prisoners

Amends both AS 39.35.410(d) and AS 39.35.890(d) to apply the benefit increase across relevant retirement system provisions

Takes effect immediately upon passage
