Increases the total number of Alaska superior court judges from 45 to 46

Adds one new superior court judge position to the third judicial district, raising that district from 28 to 29 judges

Maintains existing judge allocations for other districts: 6 in the first district, 3 in the second district, and 8 in the fourth district

Effective date of July 1, 2026
