Appropriates $579,829,600 in supplemental operating funds for FY2026 (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026) across multiple state agencies, with the largest single item being $456,438,500 for Department of Health Medicaid Services and $38,000,000 for the University of Alaska (including $23,000,000 systemwide and $15,000,000 for Troth Yeddha' Campus)

Appropriates $49,003,794 in capital project funding, including $25,000,000 for Alaska Energy Authority bulk fuel upgrades, $8,000,000 for the University of Alaska Museum of the North Planetarium, $6,000,000 for protecting coastal Alaska Native communities, and $5,000,000 for bulk fuel upgrades high energy cost grants

Provides supplemental appropriations of $24,070,000 for the Department of Corrections (including $20,000,000 for population management), $3,300,000 to the Department of Administration for Office of Public Advocacy case backlogs, and $1,000,000 to the Department of Law for natural resources and state sovereignty litigation
