Allows vehicles at least 25 years old that were legally imported into the United States to be registered in Alaska without complying with current federal motor vehicle safety standards

Prohibits the Department of Motor Vehicles from refusing, suspending, or revoking a certificate of title for these imported vehicles based on failure to meet current federal safety standards

Takes effect immediately upon passage
