Adds one interior designer seat to the 11-member board and restructures engineer representation to require four engineers from different branches (civil, chemical, electrical, mining, mechanical, or petroleum) rather than branch-specific seats

Allows persons to practice interior design without registration as long as they do not use the title "registered interior designer"; violations constitute a misdemeanor punishable by up to $10,000 fine and/or one year imprisonment

Adds registered interior design services to state procurement, lien, and project cost provisions alongside architecture, engineering, land surveying, and landscape architecture
