Exempts seafood processing workers from Alaska's minimum paid sick leave requirements under AS 23.10.066 - 23.10.068

Defines "seafood processing worker" as an employee hired to perform heading, gutting, separating, filleting, canning, or other activities to prepare seafood for market

Amends AS 23.10.069 by adding a new subsection (d) creating this exemption
