Appropriates $50,000,000 from the general fund to the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority for reimbursement of Alaska Liquified Natural Gas pipeline project front-end engineering and design expenditures through fiscal years ending June 30, 2025, 2026, and 2027

Appropriates $15,000,000 from the general fund to capitalize the disaster relief fund under AS 26.23.300(a)

Unexpended balance of the $50 million AIDEA appropriation lapses back to the general fund on June 30, 2027; the disaster relief fund appropriation does not lapse

Takes effect immediately upon passage, with retroactive application to July 1, 2024 if enacted after June 30, 2025
