Participating tribes must report student enrollment data and school performance metrics annually, with a comprehensive report to the legislature due by January 31, 2033

The demonstration program includes a sunset clause repealing the authorizing provisions on July 1, 2036, with legislative intent to reevaluate the compacts after seven years
