Increases the mandatory procurement preference for Alaska-harvested agricultural and fisheries products from 7% to 10% above out-of-state prices for municipalities receiving state money, the state, and school districts

Raises the maximum allowable procurement preference from 15% to 25% above out-of-state prices for in-state agricultural and fisheries products

Applies to agricultural products harvested in Alaska and fisheries products harvested or processed within state jurisdiction when comparable quality is available

Effective date: July 1, 2025
