Increases combined school attendance and work hours limit for minors under 16 from 9 to 10 hours per day, with work permitted between 5 a.m. and 9 p.m.

Limits weekly employment for minors under 16 to 23 hours when school is in session or 40 hours when school is not in session, excluding domestic work and babysitting
