Voter roll maintenance expanded to trigger address confirmation notices for voters who became ineligible for PFD or obtained a driver's license in another state within the preceding two years; registration inactivated if voter fails to respond within 45 days

Election pamphlet mailing requirement removed; lieutenant governor must prepare and publish pamphlets but no longer required to mail to each household
